Please be aware the back gate arms are traffic control devices and are not to be used for entertainment or recreation purposes. Anyone caught damaging these devices will have to pay for the damages. Parents will be responsible for paying any repair expenses due to their children’s vandalism.

Rear Gate Broken Evening of April 23rd
Dear Residents,
The rear gate was broken the evening of April 23rd.
Video surveillance shows a 2006 Black Honda Accord SE 4 DR entered through the rear exit gate damaging the gate. A Police report was made on Wednesday April 25th.
Please make your guest(s) aware to enter from the main entrance on Rock Island Rd as the rear 73rd Ave gate is for residents only, although GPS Maps programs direct to the back entrance.
The CDD is in the planning stages of re-configuring the signage at the rear gate to make it more effective in informing motorists that it’s a residents only gate and where to the main entrance is located.
Guest Serial Litterbug
Our community has been visited lately by a serial litterbug.
The litterbug enters after dark through the front guest entrance leaving their waste behind for others to pick up.
The serial litterbug is driving a four door Honda sedan with plate DUA L03
If you’re aware of the serial litterbug’s identity, please inform them of their littering infraction.
Please kindly suggest they hold on to their waste until they reach their destination as surely there will be a sanitation receptacle to dispose their waste in.
